Sr. Software Engineer (ServiceNow Platform)
Should be available to work onsite at the Seattle, WA, San Jose, CA or San Diego, CA office
We re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong software engineering skills to design, build, and support scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scoped applications and platform solutions in ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot issues and provide escalation support
- Build and maintain integrations via APIs, MID servers, REST, and SSH
- Ensure alignment with ITIL/ITSM standards
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience with JavaScript, Python, Go, or similar
- 10+ years with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and API integration
- Familiarity with infrastructure (Linux, networks, cloud, etc.)
- ServiceNow Admin and App Developer certified
