Type: Long Term Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to guide and support our Agile teams in delivering high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, deep Agile expertise, and the ability to work across multiple teams and time zones. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be key to ensuring smooth collaboration across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams (2 or more) to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Remove impediments to team progress and shield teams from outside distractions.
• Support Agile delivery best practices and continuously improve team performance and delivery velocity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across geographically distributed teams and time zones.
• Foster a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and ownership within the teams.
• Track team performance using Agile metrics and report progress to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in a technical environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams concurrently.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework; SAFe experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Technically savvy able to understand and speak the language of developers and technical stakeholders.
• Background in the financial services industry is a strong advantage.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
• SAFe Agilist or similar (preferred but not mandatory)
