Job Description :
- 5+ years of experience as a BSA / Systems Analyst / Business Analyst (mid senior level) with strong communication skills
- Experience writing User Stories - Translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams
- Experience acting as a Scrum Master - leading standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management
- Strong SQL skills - ability to join tables, query, manipulate, and validate data (insert/update/delete)
- Big plus: experience in PBM, healthcare, or Healthtech industries
