Job Details

Seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant to lead and support the implementation and optimization of the Onboarding module.

The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, integration with other SF modules (Recruiting, Employee Central), testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Must have hands-on expertise in SAP SF ONB 2.0 processes including compliance forms, custom panels, and business rules. Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Certifications:

SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 and ONB 1.0 Certification (Associate or Professional level) required

3 4 years of direct configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 and ONB 1.0

Hands-on involvement in at least 3 4 full-cycle implementations, ideally including state or local government environments

Familiarity with government HR structures, policies, and reporting needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Configure SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 and ONB 1.0 to support business requirements specific to public sector HR operations, such as ONB processes, Compliance forms, RBP, Data Collection, Forms configuration

Participate in client workshops and strategy sessions to gather configuration requirements and ensure alignment with future-state process goals

Support system testing, validation, and issue resolution in collaboration with functional leads and client representatives

Create and Maintain System Documentation, contribute to knowledge transfer and system training activities
