Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and help drive successful project outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand project objectives.

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Develop use cases, process flows, and business models.

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to elicit requirements.

  • Support project planning, testing, and implementation phases.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst (IT or domain-specific).

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
