Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years in solution architecture roles focused on CRM domains.
- Deep knowledge of Sales, Service, and Marketing business processes and platforms.
- Strong experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Oracle CX.
- Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services).
- Proficiency in cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Expertise in customer journey mapping, personalization engines, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Adobe Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect) preferred.
