Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs, challenges, and objectives, which will then be translated into actionable requirements for Drupal-based solutions. The candidate will map current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improvements. Collaborating with technical teams, the person will design and document effective solutions that align with business goals and requirements. Responsibilities will also include testing Drupal applications and search pages, forms, interfaces, and integration with third-party systems. Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify the delivered solution meets business needs and is defect-free. Provide user training and support, addressing any issues that arise, and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth communication regarding requirements, timelines, and project deliverables. Finally stay up to date with the latest features and best practices, recommending improvements to existing systems and processes to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with the Drupal platform.
- Experience in process analysis, business process modeling, and process automation.
- Familiarity with the Agile methodology and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Hands-on experience to create Business Requirements Documents and Process Flow Diagrams
- Knowledge of business process management (BPM) and application development methodologies.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
