Job Description:
We are seeking a Payments Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in banking/financial services. The ideal candidate should have experience in payment systems, business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery within a financial institution. Prior BMO or Canadian banking experience is a plus.
We are seeking a Payments Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in banking/financial services. The ideal candidate should have experience in payment systems, business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery within a financial institution. Prior BMO or Canadian banking experience is a plus.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong background in Payments domain (SWIFT, Wire, ACH, ISO 20022 preferred)
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services
- Requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping
- Exposure to Agile methodology and tools (JIRA/Confluence)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
