Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (remote) with strong communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements for technology solutions, specifically focusing on Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to identify and interpret manual business processes and translate them into technical requirements for the development team.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for RPA solutions.
Act as a liaison between business associates and the technology team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Analyze and interpret manual business processes, identifying opportunities for automation.
Prepare detailed documentation of business processes and requirements.
Facilitate meetings and discussions to extract necessary information from stakeholders.
Ensure that requirements are clearly communicated to the development team for implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey findings and recommendations to a diverse audience, including customers, IT staff, and business leaders.

  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.

  • Ability to ask probing questions and extract detailed information from stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.

  • Ability to work in both Central and Eastern Time Zones.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($54.00 - $57.00/hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
