Job Summary

We are seeking a TrackWise Digital Solution Architect to work onsite in Chicago, IL. This role is an individual contributor responsible for leading the design and architecture of TrackWise Digital (TWD) implementations for eQMS (electronic Quality Management System) solutions within the Life Sciences domain (Pharma Quality Management Process). The Architect will lead requirements workshops, align designs with Enterprise Architecture, perform configurations, and provide functional/technical guidance to development teams.

Architecture & Design

  • Design Leadership: Lead requirement architecture workshops to design solutions and construct specifications and design workflows.
  • Alignment: Align with the Enterprise Architect to construct and review the design.
  • TWD Expertise: Knowledge and experience in end-to-end TrackWise Digital configuration and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Strategy: Present multiple design strategies in TWD and align with stakeholders on the best approach.
  • Integration: Functional and technical knowledge of integrating external systems with TrackWise Digital.

Pharma Quality Management & Validation

  • Domain Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Pharma Quality Management Processes (Deviation, Change Control, Complaints, CAPA, etc.).
  • Validation: Hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing various Validation documents (FS, CS, etc.).

Execution & Leadership

  • Individual Contributor: Work as a Solution Architect with the team, leading and architecting TWD requirements for the Intake Portal.
  • Roadblocks: Identify technical roadblocks and provide strategies to identify workarounds.
  • Team Guidance: Work closely with the development team to ensure the system is configured as per client requirements.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to explain technical information to the Business team, and prepare/present updates to stakeholders.
