Job Details
Job Description: As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in transforming prospective customers into actual customers by demonstrating the value of our product. You will manage the entire sales cycle end to end, from the first meeting with leads (mostly inbound) to understanding their business needs, taking a consultative approach to help them achieve their goals, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for onboarding customers and their teams onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close, implementation, and onboarding.
- Implement products for customers with support from the Customer Success Management (CSM) team and implementation partners.
- Become an expert in our product and its wide range of use cases.
- Collaborate with the CEO and product teams to ensure customer needs are prioritized.
- Develop repeatable sales playbooks.
Must-haves:
- A burning desire to win.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, consistently hitting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling to SMBs or technical audiences; bonus if you have experience with no-code products or AI.
- Proven success in closing five-figure software deals, with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of $30k or more.
- Comfort with ambiguity, resourcefulness, and the ability to figure it out.
- Strong work ethic and stellar collaboration skills.
Ability to work in person 4 days a week from our San Francisco office.
