Title: Technical Business Analyst(ServiceNow)

Note:- Public Trust Clearance is required or able to obtain.
Certification:- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Update from client: More of a lead-BA type role, ServiceNow skillset & experience with the overall platform including the top apps of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD.
Project Description:
The request is for multiple resources to work under Technology Applications in the Enterprise Technology Services group. They are being selected to work on the ServiceNow application. ServiceNow is the IT Service Management tool for Change, Incident, Problem, Release, Configuration (CMDB) and Request Management.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
Lead client meetings and serve as the client relationship specialist
Serve as liaison for the development team
Conduct R&D for SN features and capabilities within the toolset
Required Skills (Proficient in the following qualifications):
Experience with ServiceNow development with knowledge of code best practices
Knowledge/experience with functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform and architecture
Effective liaison leading technical development teams
Knowledge/experience of SDLC practices
Strong facilitation skills to effectively lead discussions across multiple groups
Oral and written communication skills including presenting to management
Knowledge/experience with Agile Methodologies
Change Management and Configuration Management (VersionOne, ServiceNow, etc.)
Problem/Risk Management
MS Office Suite
Education:
4-year BS/BA
