Contract Description:

Our client is seeking a Oracle C2M Trainer Contractor

Deliver instructor-led training sessions (classroom and virtual) on Oracle's Customer to Meter (C2M) application.

Develop and maintain training materials aligned with adult learning principles and client requirements.

Facilitate interactive sessions covering customer service processes, complex billing, collections, and utility rates.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess training needs and customize content accordingly.

Provide post-training support and feedback to ensure knowledge retention and application.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in delivering instructor-led training for technical or utility-related systems.

Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.

Hands-on knowledge of Oracle C2M, CIS, CC&B applications and related utility processes.

Excellent facilitation and communication skills for client interactions and group sessions.

Ability to manage multiple training engagements and adapt to diverse learning environments.
