Job Description: 10+ Years of extensive experience in a Database Architect or Admin role, with a proven track record in database design, implementation, and maintenance. 6+ Years of deep technical expertise in major database management systems (PostgreSQL and MongoDB). Strong Exp on Redshift, Snowflake and cloud provide support. Knowledge of other RDBMS ( SQL Server and DB2) Demonstrated experience in database optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Strong in scripting and task automation (SQL, Bash, Python, Git) Experience in public cloud database implementation, specifically in AWS. Experience integrating with third-party APIs Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps. Experience with a CI/CD tool such as Jenkins Expertise in data modeling, database design principles, and developing scalable database architectures. Strong knowledge and experience in implementing database security measures and access controls. Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex database challenges and driving forward solutions. Outstanding communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, empathy, and respect when interacting with team members and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master s degree is a plus.
