Job Details

Job Title: Power BI Developer with P&C Insurance Exp.
Duration: 6+Months
Location: Warren NJ
Hybrid - Client need 2 days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze insurance data and provide actionable insights for business teams.
  • Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and visual storytelling for performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across Power BI solutions.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, Power Query).
  • Proven experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policy, claims, and underwriting data.
  • Experience working with SQL, data warehouses, or cloud-based data sources (Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
