Job Details

ServiceNow Architect CMA Certified is mandatory

o Experience will full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, excellent communication skills.

o Understand the business requirements, develop the technical solutions against them and implement.

o Good Experience in ServiceNow Development and Configuration in an Enterprise Environment.

o Significant experience in ITSM Configuration and Administration (INC, REQ, PRB, CHG, REL, KNW)

o Significant experience in CMDB and Discovery

o Development, Customization, Migration, Upgrade and version standardization of ServiceNow

o ServiceNow Scripting experience (Java script) to develop script includes, macros, business rules, UI policies, etc.

o Configuration of functionalities according to the best process & practices o Integration with other ITSM tools & 3rd Party tools

o Experience in developing web services (JSON, REST, SOAP) for integration work.

o Experience with custom application development within ServiceNow

o Proven experience in Service Catalog and Workflow Management

o Experience developing system integrations and process automation

o Experience with creating reports and dashboards

o Experience in ServiceNow UI using Angular JS, Bootstrap, JQuery, HTML, JavaScript and css.

ServiceNow Architect CMA Certified Has extensive platform knowledge. And experience working on ServiceNow to ServiceNow migration. Can come up with a roadmap for migration/consolidation. Strong hands on experience on multiple ServiceNow Apps. Can independently work & present innovative ideas with stakeholders.
