Job Responsibilities:




  • ERP Readiness and Optimization: Defining processes, data requirements, and readiness milestones for ERP deployment in collaboration with cross-functional teams.




  • Systems Integration Oversight: Enhancing and optimizing processes through new technology implementations, including Square, Power BI, Salesforce, and others.




  • Performance Enhancement: Leading year-over-year improvements in ERP performance by collaborating with IT and business systems teams.




  • Digital Workflow Transformation: Translating business processes into efficient digital workflows within IT systems to foster innovation.




  • Operational Efficiency: Identifying and implementing automation strategies for internal software solutions and web-based platforms.




Candidate Requirements:




  • 5+ years of experience in ERP and IT business systems management with a solid understanding of system landscapes.




  • Quick learner with the ability to troubleshoot new software systems effectively.




  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.




  • Proven track record in project and time management, achieving results independently.




  • Experience with NetSuite (ERP) is a plus.




  • Must be based in New York City.
