We are hiring an IT Network Security Admin to start immediately.



  • This is a Direct Hire position

  • Salary is open to market rates depending on the level of experience

  • On site in Cerritos (1 day per week working from home once trained should be okay)

  • This position is 50% Cyber Security Responsibilities, 30% configuration, and email tasks, 20% help desk support

  • This person will help with helpdesk, network, AD, but again main focus will be on Cybersecurity, company is suing Artic Wolf, Dark Trace, and other cyber vendors, so this person will be that liasion between the company and the cyber vendors

  • Need someone with 3 to 5 years of experience, must have experience with IT Network protocols, VMWare, Citrix, Cloud Platforms, Network Admin on Windows, etc.


Setup and configure and maintain all Communications-Network related hardware and software (Windows/Linux servers/Routers/Switches/Wi-Fi Controllers/Sensors/Scanners/APs, etc.)
Setup and configure and maintain all Storage-Network related hardware and software (SANs/Switches/Fiber Cards, etc.)
Constantly measure and monitor network performance, preventing Downtimes, ensuring all multi-site and internal telecommunications are efficient and reliable end-to-end.
Implement security protocols, maintain network documentation and executing network-related lifecycle processes.
Manage External connections and remote access solutions collaborating with other IT Admins to meet best-practices and Cybersecurity compliance.
Orchestrate and execute schedule maintenance windows on Network related maintenance tasks like (Servers/Datacenter/Facilities MDFs, IDFs, etc.)



Key Responsibilities:
Maintain virtualization environments (VMware/Azure/Citrix).
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations (JSOX/Cyber Security/Best Practices. Etc.)
Execute and maintain Backup & Recovery routine tasks, supporting THUSA's DR & Business Continuity plan.
Collaborate with all IT colleagues on conducting regular security monitoring, audits, and vulnerability assessments and remediations. (MDR/EDR/Firewalls/Training, etc.)


Support & Documentation
Provide technical support and training to staff for network-related issues.
Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies and tools.
Collaborate with IT colleagues and IT vendors on upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.



SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of experience in network administration focused on Windows Networks. (Linux is a plus)
Strong understanding of OSI model, IT network protocols and technologies.
Experience with network equipment implementation and troubleshooting (Dell, IBM, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Citrix and cloud platforms) preferred VMware, Citrix, Azure
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills (like TCP/IP Wireshark analysis and in general logical problem resolution)
Attention to detail with strong documentation and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a face-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities commitment to maintaining secure and reliable IT operations



CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, CCNP, CEH or Microsoft certifications strongly preferred
