Job Details

Title: Lead Java Developer
Experience: 10 15 Years
Location: Texas & Hybrid ,TX

About the Role:

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who excels in building enterprise-grade distributed systems. Candidate must be deeply experienced in microservices, API development, cloud platforms, and technical team leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and development of cloud-native microservices using Java and Spring ecosystem.

  • Drive architectural discussions and propose scalable, future-ready solutions.

  • Build high-performance, secure, and fault-tolerant services.

  • Work closely with DevOps teams to automate CI/CD pipelines.

  • Implement code quality metrics, performance tuning, and system monitoring.

  • Handle production support escalations and lead root-cause analysis.

  • Train, coach, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

Technical Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud.

  • Proven experience in microservices-based architecture.

  • Strong hands-on experience in AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.

  • Expertise in databases (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB) and caching frameworks (Redis).

  • Experience building distributed, scalable systems using messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.

  • Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of ELK, Prometheus, Grafana for monitoring.

  • Agile/Scrum experience.
