MUST HAVE SAP AND SUPPLY CHAIN
Role Objectives
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team in using Agile practices to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.
- Elevate the team's performance by recognizing strengths and areas for improvement, utilizing advanced Agile techniques such as relative estimation, Kanban flow, and user story writing.
- Ensure that Scrum theory and practices are understood and implemented effectively by the team.
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making and support organizational project teams.
- Collaborate with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters for continuous personal and team growth.
- Understand and incorporate risks and controls for highly regulated industries into Scrum activities.
