Job Title: Data Scientist III Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy predictive models for healthcare professional (HCP) targeting, patient adherence, and sales forecasting.
- Lead strategies to enhance HCP engagement and improve omnichannel experiences.
- Create marketing mix models and conduct ROI analyses for various marketing channels.
- Apply machine learning and NLP to extract insights from unstructured data.
- Ensure data compliance with HIPAA and GDPR standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic decisions.
Skills Required:
- Master s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Looking for senior manager who can model patient data. Work with patient 360, able to do MMM or Marketing Mix Analysis.
- Ideal candidate will have exp with marketing mix analysis tool, patient 360 and next best action (NBA).
- Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and data platforms like Snowflake.
- Strong knowledge of predictive modeling and digital ROI measurement.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
