Solutioning and architecting Subscription Management IT products, with expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC)
In-depth understanding of core subscription management processes, including: Product Catalogs and Services, Pricing and Rating Models, Billing and Invoicing, Renewals and Cancellations, and Revenue Recognition
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and a primary point of contact for clients, guiding best-in-class subscription business models and how to optimize their use of the Oracle Cloud platform
Technical/Functional Skills 15+ years of experience in solutioning and architecting Subscription Management IT products, with expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC)
In-depth understanding of core subscription management processes, including:
Product Catalogs and Services
Pricing and Rating Models
Billing and Invoicing
Renewals and Cancellations
Revenue Recognition
Translate business requirements into a functional design document. Architect and configure the Oracle Subscription Management Cloud application to meet client needs, ensuring best practices are followed
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on best-in-class subscription business models and how to optimize their use of the Oracle Cloud platform
Experience required:
Lead client workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements related to subscription lifecycle management, including product catalogs, pricing, billing, and renewal processes
Proven ability to lead and manage client relationships, conduct effective workshops, and present complex information clearly and concisely
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
