Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce
- Support existing Salesforce applications and contribute to CT-KIND system development
- Participate in all SDLC phases: requirements, design, development, testing, and support
- Apply OOP principles, design patterns, CRUD, and SOQL
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of overall development experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce development (Apex OOP, design patterns)
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks, SQL, and full-stack web development
- Knowledge of .NET, SOA, and enterprise integrations preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
