Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Customer Experience Architect to oversee and lead our engagement with a QSR client. This role will focus on enhancing the digital customer experience across web, mobile web, mobile apps, and backend services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React Native, ReactJS, and mobile app development, with experience in the QSR domain being a significant advantage. The architect will be responsible for designing and improving large-scale, high-traffic applications, implementing modern technologies, and ensuring optimal user experiences. This role requires collaboration with various teams and providing solutions to complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of digital customer experience solutions across web, mobile web, and mobile apps.
Oversee the architecture and implementation of backend services to support digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure solutions meet `customer needs and business objectives.
Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance architectures for web and mobile applications.
Ensure the integration of React Native and ReactJS technologies to deliver seamless user experiences.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Conduct research and evaluate new and emerging technologies to enhance digital platforms.
Monitor and adjust solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
