Position Overview
The Marketing Velocity Learning Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive learning experience for *** partners. This role focuses on equipping partners to become *** marketers, aligning with ***'s strategic vision and leadership. The position involves overseeing the creation and delivery of engaging learning content, enhancing the partner experience, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve program goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Tailored Learning Experiences: Create customized learning paths that guide partners through ***'s collaborative marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop Partner Learning Content: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and coordinate the production of diverse content, including videos, infographics, and e-books, working closely with internal designers and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning materials.
Shape and Communicate Narrative: Work alongside the Marketing Velocity Communication Lead to develop and refine the narrative, tone, and messaging of learning experiences. Co-create engaging content for social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and News Hub updates to enhance communication efforts.
Maintain LMS Platform: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) by updating existing content, uploading new courseware, and identifying and resolving potential errors. Manage the resolution process by submitting tickets and ensuring accurate execution, all while maintaining a superior user experience (UX).
Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track Key Performance Indicators using a dedicated Dashboard and collaborate with the Marketing Velocity (MV) Data Analyst to analyze metrics. Communicate insights to stakeholders and the global partner organization by crafting a narrative that aligns with MV's strategic goals.

Qualifications
Proven experience in learning program development and management.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and partner collaboration.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with global and regional stakeholders.
Experience in managing external agencies and content curation.
Strategic thinking with a focus on user experiences enhancement.
Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint, demonstrating the ability to effectively utilize these tools in various tasks.
