Role AI/ML Engineer (with strong Python experience)
Bellevue, WA Hybrid (3 days per week work from office is must)
Contract
Exp: 10+ years
NOTE: Only candidates local to WA

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and analytical solutions for business problems
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data science to add value
- Design experiments and AB tests to evaluate product and feature performance
- Build predictive models optimization algorithms or forecasting systems as needed
- Analyze large complex datasets to derive actionable insights
- Communicate technical findings clearly to nontechnical audiences
- Mentor and support junior data scientists and analysts
- Ensure best practices in code documentation and reproducibility
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field
- Proficiency in Python or R and strong SQL skills
- Experience with ML frameworks eg scikitlearn XGBoost TensorFlow PyTorch
- Strong knowledge of statistics experimental design and causal inference
- Handson experience with data visualization tools eg Tableau Plotly Dash
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
