Job Details

Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a 3-month contract in Akron OH 44320.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Contract Duration: 3 months
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6-12 months of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A+ Certification is a plus
What You Will Be Doing
  • Unbox the device (laptop)
  • Power up, install Windows updates and drivers, install any required applications
  • Install, move, add and change ("IMAC") the device in ServiceNow.
  • Re-box the devices
  • Create shipping labels and fix to box
  • Ship the devices to end-user
  • Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool
