We are currently hiring for a senior technical leader within Intraocular Devices to drive execution of its most critical product development projects. The role is to be based at our Fort Worth, Texas Site.
Role Summary:
The Sr. Director, Global Program Manager is responsible for leading and driving the execution of our most critical development projects (Top Projects, ATPs) with full ownership and accountability for technical, commercial, and strategic deliverables. The role serves as the single Project and Core Team leader, fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure the timely and cost effective progress of project deliverables.
Reporting directly to Tech Platform Leads, the Global Program Manager works to align all relevant functional stakeholders and senior management with the project strategy. Drives delivery of quality project milestones while seeking opportunities to accelerate delivery and navigate challenges with urgency and complete accountability. Responsible for content reporting to Alcon's Innovation Board for new product development.

The pay range for this position is $250000.00 - $280000.00/yr.
