Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.


• Lead architecture design sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.


• Customize ServiceNow modules and applications to align with organizational processes and workflows.


• Provide expertise in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.


• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.


• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on ServiceNow development and implementation best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).


• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.


• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.


• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and other modules (e.g., IT Operations Management, Customer Service Management).


• Solid understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.


• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) preferred.
