Required Qualifications - 10-12 years of proven experience in designing and implementing SIAM frameworks and ServiceNow solutions at an enterprise scale.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and comprehensive experience with modules relevant to SIAM.
- Advanced business and technical writing skills with a proven ability to create clear, client-facing documentation and engagement collateral.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, networks, databases, and web technologies in relation to ServiceNow integrations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead complex integration challenges, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience conducting SIAM/ServiceNow maturity and health check assessments to inform strategic improvements.
Preferred Qualifications - Expertise in methodologies from the Service Integration and Management Book of Knowledge (SIAMBoK).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist certifications.
- Proven experience with multi-vendor environments and service integrator delivery models.
- Deep knowledge of governance frameworks, performance measurement, and continuous service improvement practices.
