Job Details
Job Description:
Pay Range: $51.20hr - $56.20hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), especially BERT and transformer-based models.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to implement, train, and fine-tune BERT models.
- Skills in text preprocessing, tokenization, and word embeddings.
- Strong programming experience in Python using libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience in model optimization and hyperparameter tuning.
- Understanding of transfer learning and adapting pre-trained models to new datasets.
Experience:
- Experience managing hardware, data, and team resources to meet project deadlines.
- Experience analyzing and ranking machine learning algorithms for given problems.
- Experience exploring and visualizing data to identify issues impacting model performance.
- Experience in verifying data quality and performing data cleaning.
- Experience supervising or conducting data acquisition.
- Experience sourcing training datasets from online repositories.
- Experience defining validation stXXgies and preprocessing pipelines.
- Background in statistics and computer programming.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines while managing priorities and client expectations.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of ML concepts and methods.
- Expertise in NLP with BERT and transformer models.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Proficient in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning.
- Familiar with leveraging transfer learning in ML model design.
