Job Details
- 3+ year s of IT experience implementing different Kronos WFM products (REQUIRED)
- 3+ year s of experience implementing Oracle Exadata Cloud Service / at Customer (REQUIRED)
- 2+ year s of experience using enterprise software development; Experience with Java (REQUIRED)
- Solid understanding about Oracle Database 12c/19c/21c
- Java software design and/or development
- 3+ of experience on Jboss/Oracle Weblogic server (REQUIRED)
- Functional and technical knowledge of Kronos WFM upgrades
- Hands-on experience in planning, testing, and executing upgrades and patches
- Communication skills - Must be able to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences
- Good interpersonal skills - including the use of written, electronic, and oral communication
- Sound problem-solving, reasoning, analytical, aptitude, attention to detail skills
- Time-management skills, self-motivated and directed
- Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals
- Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language/ Ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users
