Job Details

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Access Controls Specialist with in-depth knowledge of Advanced Access Controls (AAC) and User Role Assignment. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security roles and controls within Oracle HCM to ensure regulatory compliance, operational integrity, and role-based access control alignment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage user roles within Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Configure and maintain Advanced Access Controls (AAC) to monitor access violations and prevent segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts.

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and compliance teams to align access control policies with business requirements.

  • Conduct role provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews.

  • Support audits and provide evidence of control effectiveness.

  • Troubleshoot access issues and collaborate with Oracle Support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud security and access management.

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Advanced Access Controls (AAC), SoD, and user provisioning best practices.

  • Experience with role design principles, HCM data security policies, and custom roles.

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.

  • Oracle Cloud Certification preferred
