The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional services environment, preferably within a CPA firm, and a strong background in both systems administration and software deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain a Windows-based environment, including user management, system updates, network configurations, and security protocols.
  • Lead and manage the testing, deployment, and implementation of large-scale software programs across the organization.
  • Provide strategic IT support to both internal teams and clients, helping diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support network administration tasks including firewall configuration, VPN setup, and performance monitoring.
  • Leverage PowerBI to create reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making across departments.
  • Utilize SQL for data analysis and integration tasks (preferred but not required).
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on IT strategy, vendor management, and process improvements.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides to ensure knowledge continuity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT systems or network administration.
  • Prior experience working in a professional services environment; CPA firm experience highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in implementing enterprise-level software and systems.
  • Experience with PowerBI; ability to build dashboards and data visualizations from multiple sources.
  • Familiarity with SQL or a willingness to learn basic querying and database navigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support both internal users and external clients.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
