Job Details
We are hiring for a role in 24MM Defect Management/Project Manager. The position involves leading and supporting various engineering activities, including tech debt management, release management, and incident management. We are looking for someone local to Plano, TX, and can come to office 4 days/week. 24MM Defect Management/Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day workflow in 24MM delivery teams for NA, AU, NZ, EU CTP/APP scope.
What you'll be doing:
- Daily defect reporting including burndowns.
- JQL updates for accurate defect release planning and prioritization.
- Defect prioritization strategy and consensus building with program SET and MMQ.
- Planned vs Actual weekly release tracking, with re-planning and velocity adjustments where needed.
- Allocating defects to achieve 24MM milestone criteria.
- Defect triage coordination.
- Individual defect follow-ups.
- Defect dashboard and workflow optimizations.
- Support root cause analysis swarm sessions for cross-system impacting defects.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years' experience as a Program Manager role, assisting program execution and Leadership with reporting and process improvements.
- Strong communication skills and experience working across multiple levels of an organization to resolve issues.
- Experience with Agile and program tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Roadmunk).
- Advanced knowledge of the full software development life cycle, product development, and release processes.
- Experience with hardware design and development.
- Experience leading usage of collaboration and reporting tools- Atlassian, Mural, Google Drive, Sharepoint.
- Experience leading programs in a scaled agile environment.
- Proven ability to lead a team, create a vision, and make progress towards that vision by achieving measurable objectives.
Preferred Experience:
- 12+ years of experience leading mixed software, hardware product development in an Agile environment.
- Experience interfacing with high levels of management across the enterprise, stakeholders, product owners, development team members, and external vendors.
- Extensive tools usage and configuration experience within teams and at larger program-level initiatives.
- 10+ Years of experience in an agile environment and experience as a development team member or product owner.
- Experience with vehicle design and production milestones.
- Extensive experience leading remote and distributed teams in planning, execution, and integration activities.
- Experience designing and implementing tailored scaling techniques.
- Experience leading multiple teams or organization-level initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
