Job Title: Solution Architect Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce

Location: Plano, TX or East Brunswick, NJ (Onsite/Hybrid Preferred)

Type: Full-Time (Open to Contract)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce solutions. The ideal candidate will guide the technical direction of projects from concept to execution while ensuring high-quality results. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and mentoring ability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Salesforce architecture and delivery efforts from concept to execution.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions.

  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure solution quality and alignment.

  • Participate in user research, concept testing, and usability analysis.

  • Configure AppExchange products, workflows, and automated processes.

  • Mentor junior professionals and contribute to team development.

  • Assist in pre-sales efforts and solution design alongside sales and delivery teams.

  • Drive go-to-market strategies for Salesforce offerings.

  • Build and maintain key relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Report performance and pipeline activity to senior leadership.

  • Support recruitment and team growth initiatives within the Salesforce practice.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with hands-on experience in Data Cloud and Agentforce.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, and best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale Salesforce implementations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with pre-sales, consulting, and go-to-market planning is a plus.

  • Ability to mentor team members and drive strategic growth.
