Job Title: Senior SAP PP/PM Functional Consultant (Pharma/Biotech Domain exp.)
Location: St. Paul Minnesota (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months contract
Job description:
- 10+ years of comprehensive SAP PP/PM implementation experience with minimum 5 full lifecycle manufacturing projects
- Proven track record of leading complex manufacturing implementations in process and discrete
- industries
- Deep technical expertise in SAP PP configuration including production planning, BOM management, and shop floor integration
- Extensive experience with SAP PM configuration including maintenance planning, work order management, and equipment hierarchy
- Strong experience with manufacturing integration including MES connectivity and process control systems
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing data migration and master data management
- Lead end-to-end SAP PP/PM implementation projects for complex manufacturing environments
- Conduct comprehensive manufacturing process assessments and system design workshops
- Design integrated manufacturing solutions spanning PP, PM, QM, and related modules
- Develop detailed functional specifications for production planning, shop floor execution, and maintenance processes
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- SAP PP/PM certification
- Advanced manufacturing or engineering degree
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing functions and embedded analytics
- Knowledge of digital manufacturing technologies and IoT integration
- Previous experience with validated manufacturing systems and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
