Pay Range: $21 - $21.28/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and track PTO schedule, reported daily outages, overtime, and time entry approvals for all assigned staff members, ensuring proper coverage and compliance with company policy.
  • Communicate with team members regarding their PTO request and approval.
  • Coordinate day-to-day scheduling for staff ensuring optimal productivity and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and present reports to supervisors highlighting key insights and areas of improvement.
  • Manage and adjust schedules as needed based on staff availability, workload, and production deadlines.
  • Team leadership:
  • Act as the point of contact for team members providing guidance and support for their day-to-day tasks.
  • Foster a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration and open communication.
  • Regularly gather feedback from team members and relay important information to Supervisors
  • Maintain clear and timely communication regarding scheduling changes and team updates.
  • Create and distribute daily status reports and weekly business reports.
  • Support supervisor in special projects and the initiatives

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; Experience with scheduling software and Paid Time Off (PTO) management.
  • Preferred experience as an administrator role preferably in a supervisory or team capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word Excel, PowerPoint and experience with scheduling software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Preferred experience as an administrator role preferably in a supervisory or team capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and reading communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word Excel, PowerPoint and experience with scheduling software, (preferred but not required).
