Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Architect to design and drive the end-to-end quality strategy across our technology stack. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable test frameworks, leading QA innovation, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality software at speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement robust, scalable, and reusable test architecture across products.

  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high-quality product delivery.

  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to define and drive the quality strategy.

  • Design and maintain test frameworks for unit, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.

  • Develop automation strategies and ensure test coverage for both functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Mentor QA engineers and developers in best practices for testing and automation.

  • Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and trends in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in QA/Test Engineering, with at least 3 years as a Test Architect or similar role.

  • Strong experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).

  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.

  • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • Expertise in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, Locust).

  • Experience with cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in testing microservices and distributed systems.

  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Exposure to security and accessibility testing practices.

  • ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
