The Minimum Qualifications
Design is a passion.
5+ years as a product designer, user experience designer, or similar role.
You are a great communicator who gets energized sharing ideas and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
You are well-versed in all things research and when to use each methodology.
You have a proven track record of working independently and taking ownership. You don't miss the details but are also happy to let your teammates figure out their work.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field

A data-driven decision maker who leans on research to advance their designs.
A talented verbal and visual communicator who becomes a trusted partner of product managers and business stakeholders.
Great at putting just enough detail into wireframes to garner great feedback.
Interested in and adept at learning new technologies - enough to understand trade-offs between development time and impact to the user experience.
A great collaborator who is well-versed in Agile methodologies and the role of design.
Well-versed in a variety of design problems, information architecture needs and common interface patterns.
Great at giving and receiving feedback, collaborating with and coaching other designers.
Attentive to detail with strong pattern recognition skills.
