Job Details

We are seeking an IT Director to support our IT and infrastructure needs across multiple physical offices and the cloud. The ideal candidate would be comfortable managing and growing out IT staff as they support the needs of a growth stage company, specifically leading a wide array of IT initiatives including multi-office connectivity, security, infrastructure, and supporting a wide range of remote users.

Qualifications / Requirements
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in project management.
  • Proven experience managing a multi-office IT infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Strong experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure) and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Strong experience in Networking including setup and configuration of various network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Industry certifications like PMP, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, and CEH are highly desirable.
What You’ll Do:
  • Own on-prem and Azure cloud-based IT solutions in a secure, multi-location, regulated environment.
  • Support Intune/Entra in a Hybrid environment.
  • Perform critical maintenance, deployment, and release support activities, including occasional off-hours support.
  • Support IT strategy by collaborating with officers and senior management to set organizational vision and strategy and to determine how technology can best service the business.
  • Work with the Security & Compliance team to implement security solutions to comply with HIPAA and HiTrust compliance needs.
  • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, secure print, phones, security updates, internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
  • Manage the Helpdesk function and provide best-in-class customer service including assisting in troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and providing technical support when needed.
  • Develop & maintain internal documentation and Helpdesk WiKi.
  • Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights.
  • Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems and firewall, including all backups and access control.
  • Inventory management and reporting.
  • Remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Plan and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
  • Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and managing service agreements.
