Marketing Campaign Manager / Marketing Manager
Contract: 7 months, with possible extension
Location: Tempe, AZ
Rate: $30/h to $40/h on W2
Role Overview
Marketing Campaign Manager supporting Migration & Modernization (M&M) Integrated Demand Plan (IDP), focused on driving enterprise customer adoption of AWS cloud migration and modernization solutions.
This role requires someone who thrives in evolving environments and can navigate uncertainty with confidence. The ideal candidate will:
- Excel at building new paths forward when no playbook exists
- Make sound decisions with incomplete information
- Balance maintaining business momentum while establishing new processes
- Navigate complex organizational dynamics during team evolution
- Stay focused on key objectives while remaining flexible on approach
- Demonstrate comfort with being a first mover in new initiatives
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution
- Manages delivery of M&M campaign tactics across two integrated tracks
- Coordinates cross-functional execution with Content, Digital, etc.
- Ensures on-time delivery of campaign assets and activations
- Monitors campaign metrics and implements optimization
- Partners with analytics team on performance reporting
- Drives testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
- Makes tactical trade-offs to maintain quality and timelines
- Works with product marketing, field marketing, and partner teams
- Manages relationships with content creators and channel teams
- Contributes to campaign documentation and governance
- Participates in cross-functional planning sessions
Additional Responsibilities
- Drive marketing programs to build Payments brand awareness and adoption, including providing direct sales team with collateral and tools
- Plan and deliver online campaigns, including email campaigns and placements as well as seller and solution provider websites
- Create collateral and sales tools for direct sales team and events
- Create marketing content for personal and business sections of Payments website, collaborating with designer on layout and graphics
- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance
- Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
