Responsibilities:

- The Global Technology Control Testing team is looking to update their Control's Library, currently existing in Excel and transitioning to Power Platforms
- Conduct thorough technical analysis of both new and existing controls. This includes evaluating attributes for classifying, implementing, and monitoring these controls to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Play a critical role in fulfilling obligations related to US Reg Remediation and Promontory findings. Ensure all activities are completed within the committed timeline to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement solutions using low-code tools such as PowerPlatforms, Power BI, Power Automate, and other similar technologies. These solutions should enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of control processes.
- Manage key deliverables and perform detailed analysis to support project goals. Ensure that all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Contribute to various project initiatives both individually and as part of a team. Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
- Perform technical analysis of technology controls and processes. Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to optimize control mechanisms and ensure robust compliance.
- Implement monitoring mechanisms to track the performance of controls. Use tools like Power BI to create reports and dashboards that provide insights into control effectiveness and compliance status.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, internal teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of control measures.
- Document technical analysis, solutions, and processes clearly and comprehensively. Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new controls and solutions.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 10 years of Experience as a Technical Analyst
- Experience working with large Text based Data Sets
- Experienced with Power Platforms (including Power BI)
- The ideal candidate would have a strong background in Technical Analyst experience working closely with a team to accomplish the project milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide insight on how best to move forward when encountering project issues.
- Strong Analytical Mindset
- Stakeholder communication experience
- Time Management Experience
