Description

SAIC is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst specialized in ICAM to support the Resource Enterprise Services (RES) for Program Resources and Information Systems Management Division (PRISM), for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (CAPE).

The PRISM division is responsible for maintaining of business applications to support matters relating to the planning and programming phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and the preparation of material and guidance for such systems PPBE is the Department of Defense (DOD) process for allocating resources.

The Cybersecurity Analyst for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) will:
  • Support addressing DoD-wide standardization of ICAM services to enable internal information sharing (Phase 1)
  • Integrate a new authentication component with the existing authorization/ provisioning component in working towards Zero Trust and Enterprise ICAM by September 1, 2025, to meet the Phase 1 ICAM schedule
  • Prepare for Phase Two of the ICAM that builds connections with mission partners through trust agreements and aligned federation policies

The Cybersecurity Analyst will:
  • Work in an engineering environment focusing on engineering and/or scientific studies and analysis providing technical solutions
  • Provide design, implementation, testing services for complex information systems providing Business Intelligence solutions with attention to performance, scalability, and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including database administrators, system administrators, and quality assurance teams, to ensure smooth application deployments and operations

Qualifications

Required Experience/Skills:
  • 10 years of relatable experience in cybersecurity with Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM), preferably with DoD's Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) ICAM Federation Network. Bachelor's degree and 9 years or more of experience; Master's and 7 years of experience. Years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree
  • Data attribute and integration analysis experience with token authentication and authorization systems
  • Identity management experience with components such as:
    • F5 federation
    • Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)
    • Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
    • Active Directory (AD)
    • SalePoint (DISA ICAM Authorization/Provisioning)
    • KeyCloak
    • Oracle Identity Management (OIM)/Waveset (legacy)
    • OpenSSO (legacy)
    • Amazon Web Services Identity and Access Management (AWS IAM)
    • IIS (Windows)
    • OHS (Linux)
    • Apache web server (Linux)
    • System Admin
