Our client is looking Business System Analyst at Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) for Long Term Project, below is the detailed requirements.
Job Role: Business System Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote per week)
Mode of Hiring: Long Term Contract
Mode of Interview: Face to Face
Experience Required:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Wealth Management/Securities Master.
- Proven experience in implementing Product Master solutions.
- Solid understanding of reference data management principles within Wealth Management.
- Experience working closely with Operations teams to align technology solutions with business workflows.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data quality principles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Domain Expertise:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Reference Data (especially, fixed income) in the Wealth Management industry.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting reference data in financial services.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, senior stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus
