Security Architecture Lead (100% Remote)

Must Have Skills:

• Strategic leadership and architectural guidance across enterprise security initiatives
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex security architecture concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience in overseeing and directing security architecture functions
• Minimum experience level of Senior Manager; Director-level experience is a plus.

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Lead and shape the security architecture vision and strategy for the organization
• Provide architectural oversight to ensure alignment with security standards and business goals
• Serve as the primary leader for the Security Architecture team, including oversight of the current Security Architect
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to embed security practices in technology initiatives
• Translate high-level security strategies into actionable roadmaps and reference architectures.
• Guide security reviews and architectural assessments for major projects and systems
• Advise stakeholders on risk management, security policies, and governance frameworks
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify and address potential security gaps across enterprise systems.
• Help mature the organization's security architecture function as part of a newly built cybersecurity team.
• Act as a thought leader, staying abreast of trends and emerging technologies in cybersecurity architecture.
• Represent security interests during architectural decision-making across business and technology domains.
