Job Title: Senior Dynamics Developer/Solution Architect
Location: Calgary, AB (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Dynamics Developer / Solution Architect with 8-10 years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Dynamics Sales CRM. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, having led Dynamics Sales CRM projects in a non-government or private-sector environment. This role requires technical leadership, solution architecture, and strategic project execution to optimize business processes and CRM functionalities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and architect Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Lead Dynamics Sales CRM projects, managing technical execution and strategy.
  • Oversee CRM customizations, integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, ensure alignment, and drive adoption.
  • Implement best practices for system architecture, data migration, and deployment.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and business best practices.
  • Optimize performance and security of Microsoft Dynamics implementations.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience as a Senior Developer / Solution Architect in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven project management experience, leading Dynamics Sales CRM projects.
  • Strong solution architecture expertise in CRM implementation and optimization.
  • Experience in private-sector projects (not government or quasi-government).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization, integrations, and business automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
