Job Details

We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to design innovative web and mobile solutions that enhance customer experience across various financial products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for user experiences, focusing on creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps to visualize user interactions and design concepts.
  • Utilize design software such as Figma and Figjam to produce high-fidelity designs and documentation.
  • Define and execute a customer-centric strategy to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Communicate design rationale and processes effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in UX research and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
  • Proficient in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer needs and usability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Safe environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management tools and user research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript/React is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • A background in financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
