Job Details

Title: SAP CPI Developer

Location: Princeton, NJ (3 days onsite)
Exp:14+

JD:

Technical Must have:

  1. 5+ years of experience in SAP CPI or SAP Integration Suite
  2. Strong understanding of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, SFTP, HTTPS)
  3. Proficiency in XML, JSON, XSLT, and Groovy scripting
  4. Experience with SAP BTP services like API Management, Event Mesh, and Workflow
  5. Familiarity with SAP EC Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors ( HR Envirnment)
  6. Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, Certificates)
  7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Technical Nice to have:

  1. Design and implement integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI
  2. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements
  3. Configure and manage secure connections via SAP Cloud Connector
  4. Able to configure pre-delivered IFlows for Sap systems, 3rd party vendors .
  5. Develop and consume REST/SOAP/OData APIs
  6. Monitor and troubleshoot integration scenarios using CPI monitoring tools
  7. Implement error handling, logging, and alerting mechanisms
  8. Maintain documentation for integration architecture and technical specifications
  9. Working in SAP HR environment (EC Payroll, SuccessFactors) and SAP Data Sphere preferred

Effective communication: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels (technical teams, HR leaders, executives)

Change management: Understanding of change management principles and the ability to drive user adoption of new systems and processes.
