Workday Advanced Compensation

Introduction:

The Workday Advanced Compensation position is a key role within our team that requires a strong understanding of core Workday competencies and deep expertise in Workday HCM functional areas. The individual in this role will be responsible for implementing and supporting Workday modules related to Core HR, Advance Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management.

Responsibilities:

Implement and support Workday modules related to Core HR, Advance Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management
Build and develop strong client relationships
Provide operational support for Workday HCM deployments
Collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers
Share knowledge and provide training on Workday functionalities
Create reports and analyze data within the Workday system

Requirements:

Required Skills:

8+ years of recent Workday experience implementing/supporting Workday HCM modules
Strong experience within Workday HCM deployments and operational support projects
Ability to build and develop strong client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about knowledge sharing
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers
Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

Preferred Skills:

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
Experience in Recruiting and Talent Management
Experience with Workday Core HR and Advance Compensation module
